Halfway Point | April 14
These past couple of weeks have been so difficult. I’ve been wanting to go home so badly. I can’t help but want to leave.
It doesn’t help I don’t love my job right now – it was the reason why I even moved here. My coworkers saw it on my face today, how sad I was, and they encouraged me. They told this was just a difficult hump I will move past. They all went through it. They all almost left. But here they still are.
I gave myself an internal goal of staying for at least one year, and I will make it. Note to self: You’re halfway there, you can make it to the end!
