One Year | October 18, 2019
Today marks the one-year anniversary of my move from Toronto to Vancouver, across the country. Even though its been a roller coaster of a year filled with changes, in retrospect, it passed by so quickly. I can’t believe its been 12 months. 365 days.
In this year, I’ve settled into the city of Vancouver. I’ve found my favourite coffee shop and become a regular – they know my order. I‘ve found a fitness studio that I love, even making some friends there. I’ve developed new hobbies. I’ve reconnected with friends I haven’t seen in years. I’ve made new friends and became closer to older ones – they’ve become like family.
It’s been a tough year, but I wouldn’t change a single thing.
